Horses have always played a big role in Paola’s life, having had her first horse when she was 10. Going along with the talents of each horse that she owned, or had the possibility to ride, she was lucky enough to gain experiences in most of the equine disciplines, and to complete her qualification as level C trainer (competitive sports). She currently owns a 16-year-old stallion which favors dressage.
Paola followed her passion throughout her education at the University of Düsseldorf, where she completed a Master’s degree in American and German Literature, graduating with honors in 2008.
Having spent a lot of time abroad, first as a horse trainer in California, and more recently working nearly 4 years for a well-established law firm in Spain, she is now happy to be back in Germany and to be able to bring together all her different work experiences, and to focus on the horse sector that she loves the most.
Scotland - Area Sales Manager
I have ridden since the age of 4 and have been fortunate enough to own my own horse from the age of 19. I own a thoroughbred mare who I acquired out of racing and enjoy competing on with the aim to go eventing in the near future.
Previously I have helped in veterinary practices, assisted in the running of the equestrian centre and graduated in 2016 with a first class honours in Equine Psychology and Sports Science. Following on from university I was given the opportunity to move down to Newmarket to work within the racing and hospitality industry. I have now moved back home to the Scottish Borders and I am very much looking forward to getting to know all my customers in my area.
