Ladies lead the way in Novice Driver Class

Carr & Day & Martin were proud to support the Novice Heavy Horse Driving Class for the second year running, at the Nottinghamshire County Show (09th and 10th May). The class was introduced by the show to encourage new drivers to compete and this year featured an all woman line-up of drivers.

The class was judged by Ronald Brewster, with those placed 1st to 3rd receiving a selection of Carr & Day & Martin products. Prizes were awarded by our Technical Advisor, Laura Rossell.

1st – Zoe Meek driving the Suffolk Punch, Kentwell Paigale

2nd – Lisa Trott driving Robinsons Brewery Shire, Trooper

3rd – Joanne Henfrey driving the Canadian Percheron, Ludlow Atlas
